An undisputed part of any woman’s bag and baggage is a practical vanity case. Having said that, we have created a vanity case/ make up bag for you from a sustainable alternative to plastic and polymer pouches – inner tyre tube rubber.
It is a given that a vanity case needs to be waterproof. And nothing better than tyre tube rubber material which is natural repellent of water, easily available, and moreover, a sustainable material. It is also called vegan leather. It comes from discarded tyre tubes, waste which we collect and followed by a meticulous hygiene process, gets transformed into an amazing handcrafted product.
This cosmetic pouch is designed to give you ample space to accommodate your toiletries, make up and other essentials without any fuss. It has a waterproof lining and comes with removable partitions that can be moved around and adjusted to fit, giving you the flexibility to carry your things without the worry of limited space. Separate compartments on the inside of the flap lets you hold your brushes. On the flap we’ve added an extra zip pouch, plus a handle makes it easy to carry around.

Our Tyre Tube Cleaning Process
First, the tubes are soaked overnight in water to remove the accumulated dirt.
Then it is soaked in hot water along with soapnuts (reetha), a sustainable, naturally occurring cleanser. No chemical agents are used.
This is followed by a round of scrubbing using soapnuts which helps remove any remaining dirt.
Finally, we give a luxurious shine to the rubber using coconut oil. The product is ready, devoid of any smell
